Week 75: December 14, 2020

What a fun week it's been

So i had a great start to this past week when I made the horrible decision to try cutting my hair by myself. Of course it went horribly wrong quickly, and elder newell had to come in and save the day. Fortunately I didnt have to buzz my head but I learned my lesson

But other than that it was actually such an amazing week! We had zone conference this week IN PERSON, for the first time in 9 months. So that was super exciting, it was really good to see everyone in my zone too haha

Using Instagram has actually been super amazing - not as distracting as I thought it would be. I actually found someone who wants to learn about the Book of Mormon through instagram, so it works haha. Also noticed that I take lots more pictures cause they want all the missionaries with instagram posting 2-3 times a week minimum. So that's been fun getting pictures of literally everything haha. Also go follow me if you havent already, markensign.07. I'm allowed to follow everyone back but I have to mute yall which means I cant see any of your posts or stories  that way I don't get super distracted

Elder newell and I actually get along soooo well. We've been having a ton of fun the last couple weeks, we're already in our groove since we served together back in February-April. Pics below haha

Also the why I believe devotional is this sunday, its gonna be a special christmas edition! Its gonna be good so give it a watch. Also I may or may not be playing in it yet again

I got Elder Newell kebaptized, can you tell how excited he is?? (a kebab is like meat on top of chips, no idea how to explain it. But basically all the missionaries have a tradition if getting “kebaptized”, which is just having a kebab for the first time)
